What is ayurveda?
Correcting the imbalance of our energies through relaxing massages is what Ayurveda proposes to feel good and end the evils that afflict us. Do you dare to try this millenary Indian technique?
If you are thinking of encouraging yourself to discover the benefits of this millenary technique, we explain what an Ayurvedic massage session is like:
Before giving the Ayurvedic massage, various points are analyzed such as skin type, body structure, metabolism, digestion, sleep, etc; all this through a brief talk and a test that serves for the therapist to assess the dosha or doshas that are predominant or imbalanced in that person, and thus determine what type of oil, pressure and intensity to use during the session or treatment sequence .
Because the mind is so important in Ayurvedic philosophy, it is essential to try to work it during the massage session to achieve a more complete effect. For this, as the specialist is massaging our body with oils, we should try to eliminate the thoughts of our head and concentrate on relaxing the body and enjoy the session.
Tenuous light, adequate temperature, relaxing music and selected essences will help the client to enter that state of relaxation that will be completed with the oils and movements of the hands of the masseur.
In our Spa we perform different techniques of Ayurvedic therapy, call and inform yourself.
